Over the years Gavin has been involved in dozens of private equity deals with transaction values exceeding $500 million. Matt is an experienced senior Banking and Finance lawyer with both in-house and major law firm experience gained from roles in Brisbane, Sydney, London, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.
He is currently a Financial Services Regulatory Partner at Gadens Lawyers Brisbane. Prior to this role he was Senior Legal Counsel at AMP Capital in Sydney having spent 18 months assisting with the demerger and transition to Collimate Capital.

Mark is a corporate property and funds investment strategist and advisor with 35 years of experience in listed and unlisted property funds and investment management, property valuation, research, asset allocation advisory, investment performance analysis and benchmarking, property acquisition and divestment, research, development feasibility, governance and investment advisory.
