The QTC roles have included ongoing interaction with the QTC Board, senior government officials, local governments and State ministers and the presentation of financial material at forums and conferences.

Key Achievements

  • Led the Organisational wide Covid pandemic response within required government guidelines, allowing delivery of outcomes, while managing the health risks of staff.

  • Revitalised Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) and embedded of a strong risk culture, based on people as the first line of defence.

  • Worked closely with the board on the establishment of a new remuneration framework.

  • Managed enhanced Cyber and resilience capability utilising both technology and culture.

  • Finalisation of new Organisation wide Risk and Operations System replacement, delivering significant increases in capability and efficiency while reducing risk.

  • Repositioned the QTC client business to a commercial, agile outcome focused team leading to significant business growth, increased client value, expanded product offerings and significant increase in efficiency.
