Graeme is a highly experienced executive in financial services including audit, finance, operations and compliance.

He is principal of Solutions in Business Pty Ltd, a company that specialises in providing compliance advice to the financial services industry.

Currently Graeme is a director for a number of companies, Responsible Manager on Australian Financial Services Licences and an external member on a number of compliance committees.

In particular, Graeme is the Key person and Responsible Manager on the Australian Financial Services Licence for Stone Leaf Capital Securities Limited ACN 667 580 734 with AFSL No. 549617.

He has an extensive resume having worked with YP Securities Limited AFSL No. 531729 as their Responsible Manager; Finexia Securities Ltd AFSL No. 485760 as their Responsible Manager / Key Person; Waratah Funds Management Limited AFSL No. 477840 as an External Compliance Committee member; and Stafford Timberland Nominees Pty Ltd AFSL No. 221530 as Independent Director and as an Independent Chairman, just to name some recent appointments.
