Matt is an experienced senior Banking and Finance lawyer with both in-house and major law firm experience gained from roles in Brisbane, Sydney, London, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong.
He is currently a Financial Services Regulatory Partner at Gadens Lawyers Brisbane. Prior to this role he was Senior Legal Counsel at AMP Capital in Sydney having spent 18 months assisting with the demerger and transition to Collimate Capital.

Mark is a corporate property and funds investment strategist and advisor with 35 years of experience in listed and unlisted property funds and investment management, property valuation, research, asset allocation advisory, investment performance analysis and benchmarking, property acquisition and divestment, research, development feasibility, governance and investment advisory.

Ross has post graduate qualifications in risk management and sustainable enterprise, he has built, developed and advised on capital transactions amounting to circa $1Bn across 33 years. As director of a Responsible Entity and Trustee he has managed unlisted REIT’s and chaired investment committees. Brad Burns is a finance & commercial executive with 20+ years’ international experience gained from roles he has worked in across Australia & the United Kingdom. This has included working with large well-respected organisations including Hastings Deering as part of the Sime Darby Group & HSBC. He has assumed Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Commercial roles that has allowed him to gain skills and experiences in key business areas.

Dean traded currencies and equity derivatives and was CIO for a $1b fund which invested across all asset classes, before moving into Capital Markets and Advisory divisions of Macquarie Bank. Dean was later appointed Head of Funds Management for Bank South Pacific. Whilst Director of Advisory at KPMG, he was responsible for valuing unlisted companies. Dean is a Subject Matter Expert in the financial services and investment industries and regulation, having been the RM of an AFSL and authored a variety of finance subjects at seven tertiary institutions.

Jotam is an astute investment professional with extensive experience in the investment and banking industry in PNG.
